Wooden paddleboards are made of long, thin wooden strips glued to a centre skeleton. This gives you the desired shape while keeping the board hollow, buoyant, and light.
Making wooden paddleboards was meant to be a family project. But the very first board that Ray made with our daughter has gotten so much interest and questions about how to get one that we decided to open the shop for custom paddleboard orders.

These paddleboards are beginner-friendly, stable, and great as all-around boards for a wide range of paddlers and conditions.
What's included with the paddleboard
- Fin box at the back
- Leash loop
- Air vents
- Anchor points to create a tie-down set up on your board
Size options
- Small: 293 cm (9'6") long board for youth and petite paddlers who weigh 48-61 kg (105-135 lbs)
- Medium: 317 cm (10'4") long board for paddlers who weigh 48-79 kg (105-175 lbs)
- Large: 347 cm (11'4") long board for paddlers who weigh 77-118 kg (170-260 lbs)
- Tip: when choosing a size, consider if you will be paddleboarding with your child so that it is buoyant enough for the two of you.
Customization options to make your board your own
- Laser engrave a family's name, text, or logo
- Style of wood for the tip and tail (i.e. solid wood or stripes)
- Anchor point located at the front or back
- Natural wood or stained with 1 colour
Ordering info
- The paddleboards are made-to-order
- Please allow us 2 months to make your paddleboard
- Our paddleboards are pickup only from our Nova Scotia workshop
- At this time we cannot ship paddleboards

We will discuss with you the type of board and customizations that you want. After answering questions and confirming your order we require a 50% deposit to start working on your paddleboard(s). The reminding 50% is due upon pickup.

Our toys are made from Canadian-sourced lumber and crafted in small batches in our Nova Scotia workshop—not mass-produced in large factories.
We focus on simple, open-ended toys that invite children to explore, create, and play in their own way. Made from natural materials and built to last, these are toys meant to be used, loved, and returned to—again and again.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
Most products are made to order, so production takes time. In stock items ship within a week.
If you are ordering for a special occasion, leave us a note, and we will do our best to prioritize your order.
Can I Find Your Products In Stores?
Yes—our products can be found in select independent stores across Canada, especially in Nova Scotia.
Because each store carries only a small selection, the easiest way to access our full range—or find a specific item—is to order directly from our website.
If there is a local shop you love, feel free to ask them to carry our products.
How Do I Care For Wooden Products?
Keep in a dry, well-ventilated space and avoid leaving items wet for long periods.
Wipe with a damp cloth if needed—no soaking or harsh cleaners.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Free returns or exchanges are not offered once an order has shipped.
Shipping wooden items is costly due to their weight, and small businesses face higher shipping costs.
If you need to cancel or make a change, reach out before your order ships and it will be taken care of.
If a return or exchange is needed, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If something arrives damaged or is not right, please let us know and we will make it right.
