Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at https://toymakeroflunenburg.ca/. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Please allow between 10-25 days for your order to arrive. It typically takes 5-10 business days for us to make and ship your order and 5-10 business days in transit for delivery. Please contact us at info@toymakeroflunenburg.ca if you need faster arrangements. We try to prioritize orders for customers who have special occasions.

Domestic shipping costs

Free shipping within Canada on orders over $125 for qualified items and $15 flat rate shipping for orders less than $125. Our large outdoor child care products do not qualify for flat rate shipping or free shipping. Please contact us for a freight estimate.

Carriers

We use ChitChats and Canada Post to deliver our orders. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

The Toy Maker of Lunenburg is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
