What you’ll need:
- 1 ½ cups plain flour
- ½ cup salt
- 2 tablespoons cream of tartar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup boiling water
- Food colouring
How to make it:
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, cream of tartar, and vegetable oil.
- Add food colouring to the boiling water, then pour it into the dry ingredients.
- Stir until the mixture starts to come together into a dough.
- Once it’s cool enough to handle, knead it until smooth.
